May 6 | Xcel Energy Gas Rate Case Public Comment Writing Workshop

Come join Clean Heat Minnesota and Third Act Minnesota for an in-person public comment workshop about Xcel Energy’s current gas rate case on May 6, 2026, from 5:45-7:30 p.m. at the Riverview Public Library in Saint Paul. Attendees will learn about the utility’s rate increase request, and hear from Third Actor Dave Mann on writing testimony starting from your values. Following the presentation, there will be time to draft your own public comment.

Please note that this comment writing workshop is specifically geared toward Minnesotans living within Xcel Energy’s natural gas service territory. If you’re not sure if you are in the service territory, check out a complete list here.
